I started as a 1st year student this week.The shops on campus are very expensive and the food outlets close at 3pm or 6pm in the evening!Very disappointed that they close so early.They are missing out on so much trade.

No care and attention for people coming to events. After spending 3 years at this university and seeing previous graduates invited to activities such as grad ball and grad bop. Was beyond disappointed to have nothing special for us. Tried to attend the weekly bop and due to the rain (not the unions fault of course) we ended up leaving after queuing for 45 minutes. Howveer there was no preparing for the wet weather which left hundreds of students soaking, cold and shivering. The security have no idea what is going on and are allowing people to cut in line.Absolutely disgusted really. Such a shame after 3 years

About what you'd expect from a Student Union club, good prices but inconsistent quality across themed nights. Staff are friendly, particularly door staff. Venue is just a bit small and dated. Which to be fair, rarely matters when you're drunk.
