*****I cant thank Mr Mobile enough! I was at the end of the road, my old phone had suddenly stopped working & it had EVERTHING on it. My mum had passed a few weeks before & it had all my messages on. I'd tried 3 different shops & no-one could help...... Mr Mobile was my last shot. Very upset. I was recommended to see them after visiting Vodafone to get a new screen protector fitted for my Samsung Flip. The first one they used left me looking at my phone through a purple filter so they changed it for a different one and did a poor job fitting it (they appeared not very happy by this stage). However, upon looking closely at my phone after I left I noticed that they had cracked the solid protector underneath at the edges so now I have had to send off my phone to Samsung with the potential of a very costly bill to follow. I don't even feel that I can go in to get a refund either as I felt intimidated by their reactions after asking for the first protector to be replaced

So pleased to have had Mister Mobile recommended to us for screen protectors and phone cases. Mr Mobile fitted a glass screen protector to my phone and my husband's. He did a perfect job, we cannot even tell that we have screen protectors on. Great value and quality work. He obviously knows what he is doing. When the first screen didn't go in quite right, he took it off and started again. Will never bother with the trying to fit my own from a big brand phone shop again. Thanks Sir.

A big thank you to all of the helpful staff at Mr mobile. They were super efficient in finding out what was wrong with my phone and fixing it. The staff were all very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. I would use them again with no hesitation.

If I could give 0 I would. Husband went in to ask about a glass protector for his phone camera. Member of staff asked to look at his phone and then unpackaged a protector and stuck it on my husbands phone before he could even say anything and three the package away so he couldn't even see the details or specs for the item. Then told him it would be £7.99. We've walked a street away and there is condensation inside the protector (which is also plastic not glass!) Ans so not he will have to pull it off. NOT IMPRESSED

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! TOTAL COWBOYS!!Took my iPod here for repair because it had a dud battery/ the screen was cracked. Had for over 14 years & didn't want to get rid of it. So I went out & bought a doner iPod for parts + a new battery. Asked the guys at Mr Mobile & they said they could fit it - no problem. Even change me some of the bits over.(plot twist)A week went by & I'd heard nothing, so rang up only to find that they hadn't even started work!! After ringing up a few times, then went down to the shop only to be handed back both iPods (mine & the doner) along with a bunch of broken pieces + a load of new scuffs/ scrapes.Long story short, before visiting Mr Mobile, both iPods worked (just not for very long). Now they're both completely dead. And then (of all things) they had the cheek to say why you repair? You should just get a new one?" as if I'm the incompetent one here.Attitude says it all - DO NOT trust these guys with your gadgets!! They deserve better."

Recently my Sony Xperia mobile stopped switching on & off. I took it to Vodafone in Harrogate on a Friday & was told it could be sent back to their repair centre to be fixed, but that they would automatically wipe all the content & restore the factory settings.I cannot afford to lose all my data, so Cameron at VF very helpfully suggested I take my moby to Mr Mobile to see if it could be fixed for a fee.I went straight to the shop where I was dealt with by Raja who got in touch with their engineer to see if he could replace the home button". I was told it was highly likely to be ready the next day for a fee of £39 with no loss of data!Raja warned me there was a risk the screen might be damaged which would be a further £50 to mend.I left my phone
