Just been to the shop in Eldon Newcastle and both clerks were absolutely out of order rude which seems to not be just with myself because there are more reviews complaining about the service in this shop. Let am and his colleague were unbelievably appaling.

Shook at how affordable things were here.There is plenty of unisex items (like cool bags or sippycups) and arts related buys for sketching.I like the work related humour on the mugs and items. Some good planners to purchase- stuff you wouldn't come across, great gifts for people (see the box of socks for 20 quid).I left with 3 mugs for 12 quid that were from shows I love and some nice designs. Probably will go back for the bag.(Male, 20s)

The shop is aesthetic and I found the laptop sleeves beautifully made and nature friendly. The mugs are also beautiful and damn the shop is pretty cool ngl, gotta give credit to the girl who was working, she was helpful and really gave brilliant customer service, Will definitely be back again

Great shop for birthday gifts and the girl working was super helpful! They're currently selling tote bags for £1 with all of the proceeds going towards education which is lovely!

usually love going in here, however today I was served by a staff member with appalling customer service.. ‘’Claudia’’. Very cold and made me feel unwelcome.

Staff did not seam particularly interested in assisting, when I made my choice on a purchase I was hit at the till point by a barrage of scripted questions, it might as well have been an online purchase

Definitely a fun place to pick up some interesting trinkets for yourself or as a present for others! I find that is a good shop and it has some awesome items however it is quite pricey for if I'm being honest.
