Getting a Tyre Warning Light come on and finding a screw in my tyre at 5pm on a Saturday 150 miles from home wasn't the best. Fortunately Dr Google showed me that In & Out Lincoln was still open. Thought I was looking at a £150 bill but one quick phonecall and Brett and his pal were able to do a quick repair for £25. All done by 6.00pm and Sister's Fish and Chips for tea. Top service by these guys and a big thankyou from me.

At the start of the conversation I mentioned that the wishbone had snapped and i asked the guy on the phone (Ashley Phillips - Manager) if i would be able to be compensated by the place i got the MOT done by, which he agreed too. After this i disclosed that it was actually this garage who missed the problem, to which he stumbled and didn't have an answer for.1 star is being generous to this place, full of uneducated people who give out dodgy MOT's and back track on the phone.Left me with a rusted wishbone that they didn't bring up on the advisories for my car, it has then corroded and snapped over the course of 7 months while i was doing 70 on the motorway putting my life and the life of others in danger. Rang the company for the manager the answer (not disclosed he is the manager) when confronted about the problem he back tracked and tried telling me its corroded over the course of 7 months (more chance on platting piss than the wish bone corroding over the course of 7 months) he told me i needed the name of the bloke who performed the MOT as he wasn't sure who did it, yet when i rang back 10 minutes later he had slipped up and told me he spoke to the guy who did it? Obviously lying to me about the situation.Spoke to the assistant manager called Brett (Wouldn't give me his second name, this made me feel uncomfortable as i didn't know who i was speaking too, for the sake of the review we shall call him Brett Clements) an absolutely useless bloke who got all defensive when questioned about why the rust wasn't put on the advisory, makes me think it was him who missed this and is panicking and defending his case, after he put the phone down on me (shock) i then received a call from Sid who i believe is the general manager of the store?Sid rang me and started getting hostile and defensive when i questioned what type of people he was employing, he then told me 'Heres what gonna happen' like i have no say in the situation even though his and his teams incompetence put my life in danger, to which i obviously came back with some harsh but deserved words, to the lovely bloke again spitting his dummy out and putting the phone down on me. Sid was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard, a clueless man who lets his personal feelings get in the way of sorting problems.Absolutely no problem getting the MOT booked in, the problem occur when they actually have to perform the work, genuinely would be better sorting a dodgy MOT as the dodgy MOT is 100% more reliable than this place

Really quick and easy to book a time. Took the car down and it was immediately seen to by Reece who was friendly and helpful. As we were unsure what the issue was, he was persistent in finding out and fixing it. Great service overall and would definitely recommend.

Was driving home and had a very bad misfire and backfire on my car. Thankfully I spoke to Tom at the Lincoln branch who helped me out by allowing me to go to Halfords and get the spark plugs that he didn’t have in stock and fitted them for me. Would definitely trust and recommend them!

Made an appointment in person on Tuesday 28/11/23 for my tyres to be fitted at 1100hrs, Thursday 30/11/23. The tyres were delivered on Wednesday 29/11:23. Turned up for 1100 appointment to be told l should have been there at 1000hrs and 1100hrs was booked, Having proved myself right with my card/appointment was told “We’ll get them done when we can!” No apology.Very poor customer service.

Turned up at 9am and told it had been cancelled and rescheduled...unhelpful and lazy staff...While I was waiting to reschedule, they sat on their phones...Lazy, unhelpful, unprofessional...will not be using in future

called them to help with number plates. popped round 20 minutes later. they fitted them immediately. didnt charge so a 5star review is the least i can do!

Called late last night due to a slow puncture in one of my tyres - spoke to Brett who was incredibly helpful and told me to drop it off this morning and they’ll get it sorted for me! Dropped off at 9am this morning, Brett had remembered our conversation and Tom was very helpful and booked my car in and told me they’d sort it for me! Just had a message to say it’s been done and ready for collection. Second time using In’n’out and I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else now! Great service all of the time and keep you in the loop about your car.
