Over the moon, completed on my sale today! I would like to take this opportunity to say massive thank you to Chester&Co Solicitors, in particularly Lucy Sivell, who was simply outstanding from the start of the process to completion. It was a challenging journey, as I did conversion, and few improvements to the property, and ended needing quite a few extra documents from council/freeholders. Lucy has not just shown top professional skills with dealing with all them extra requirements to the sale, but was always re assuring and encouraging ! No hesitation with the emails whatsoever, which was very important to me, as i could trace the progress easily. Sophie Pope at Chester and Co helped me through the process of selling half of my flat to my housemate. The solicitors on the other side were a real nightmare that made the process stressful for us all but Sophie took the burden and the work and made me feel like someone truly competent was in control for me and on my side! Anything that was needed from our side was sorted so quickly by Sophie, communication was excellent and regular throughout and I knew with her on my side, it would all be okay. Surprised by how many positive review are here because my experience has been VERY different. More than 1 year into a simple request for a 2nd charge to be registered with Land Registry (who I accept are very behind). BUT emails to Chester are continually ignored... countless phone calls will pass it on to her" yet these calls are never returned and to cap it all
