I can’t recommend Viraj and this clinic highly enough! Not only was Viraj able to successfully treat the shoulder and neck pain I originally came in for he was able to diagnose and treat the underlying problems that were causing other issues as well, issues I’ve been trying to resolve for a long time - thank you!

Met with osteopath Steve today (and Sue) friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. Excellent treatment and some instant relief, looking forward to follow up appointments and getting back to optimum health. All over pain with various issues but today was about my hip, back & leg. Recommend.

End of last year I was in difficulty doing normal things due to pain in shoulder. Susan diagnosed tendon damage. After a number of treatments back to normal. Thanks Susan.

Susan and all of the team are nothing short of amazing! After my first son was born I was in agony and after only a few sessions I was getting some relief. Fast forward two years and I am expecting another baby and have been having treatments throughout to manage any aches and pains. The procedures in place during the pandemic have made the whole experience stress free, comfortable and safe. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who has even the smallest niggle or pain.

I cannot begin to tell you how much visiting The Stamford Osteopathic Clinic has changed our lives for the better!We were recommended to use the service by another parent whose baby had been treated here and I feel that everyone should know that this service isn’t only for adults.We have had 3 appointments in total with Viraj Gopal and he has not only improved the quality of life for my baby but for the family as a whole! He has listened to everything I’ve had to say and asked in depth questions in order to be able to treat my baby for a range of issues she has had. I believe that without his help I would still be back and forth with my GP and HV who told me I had a “nosey baby”!We have ongoing issues that have been discovered since visiting Viraj that could not be treated by him and since discussing this with him he wanted to also look into how to help these issues so that he could pass this information on to help other parents who found themselves in the same position we did!I would highly recommend any parent to visit if they have any concerns or issues with young ones, my only issue is that I didn’t visit sooner!

I could not recommend Susan enough, she has treated both my children from 6 weeks old. My eldest is now 3 and loves going to see Susan because of her friendly and calm nature. I genuinely believe she has helped with his sleep, immune system and would especially highly recommend to anyone when teething as she always seemed to relieve the pain as soon as we went. I recently took my 3 month in because she had suddenly become unsettled and seemed to have pain and a bad stomach and I noticed an improvement in her straight after visiting. Susan is great with kids and I appreciate how she talks you through which part of the body she is working on and why.

I've had chronic back problems for 30+ years and 3 years ago the pain became acute once more. This led to my being immobile and being unable to sleep in a bed . For months I slept in an arm chair. Following regular treatments over many months I am more mobile and I sleep in bed once more. This is real progress. I have shoulder and neck pain which is also being treated. My quality of life has been enhanced. I am pleased with the progress made.

I started going to this clinic last year when hip pain from osteoarthritis was impacting my mobility as well as my ability to sleep. My clinician, James Thomas, listened to my concerns with care and compassion and set up a careful plan to address them. There was a marked improvement in my pain levels after the very first session, so I knew I was in excellent hands.Since that first visit, there has been a substantial reduction in pain levels and an increase in my mobility. I am now at the point where I can regularly sleep on my side (previously impossible), resulting in a much better quality of life and sense of wellbeing. James has also given me a set of tools to help manage this condition on my own, reducing the number visits required. He has had a major impact on my quality of life and I am grateful beyond words.

James was absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend him. He took a really thorough case history to try and work out where my symptoms were stemming from and within a few sessions I was pain free. My main symptom was actually unexplained nausea, which I had been experiencing for weeks. After my first session it had significantly improved and by the following week it was gone.
