Shocking service. I had to ask for the same pair of trainers 3 times and they still didn’t come out after 40 minutes of waiting. I then asked if I could try some clothes on in the fitting rooms to be told no one can let me in the the fitting rooms as they don’t have a member of staff available. Meanwhile 3 members of staff were all stood in the corner of the shop chatting!

Good selection of stock but the customer service was shocking. Approached two team members who were chatting, asked them if I could try on a particular pair of trainers, apparently they were on a manikin somewhere, so he went off to look. Came back 10mins later to ask another team member and was told no I thought you were looking" to this other member of staff. Anyway

Went into the store before Christmas and as soon as I walked through the door I was being followed by members of staff and they were whispering in front of me. Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable in my life. I have been to other JDs many times but it was my 1st time in this store and I will not he returning here again. I will be putting in an official complaint as I feel there was some rasicm going on. Just utterly disgusted with how ppl can make u feel due to your ethnic background!!

Went today and wanted to try things on but the changing rooms was out of order due to a member of staff of staff taking the key home the day before alot of customers was complaining, how is it you dont have a spare key or even asking the collegue to bring it in,as people where putting things back and walking out staff didnt really seem bothered at all not good customer service

Never have your size in trainers ..airforce 1s never been able to get a pair in size uk 7 womens everrr ..for probly 3 years i been trying to buy trainers from jd in my size ..impossible it seems
