Had my laptop 12days, got fed up waiting on response so called and was told sorry can't fix it. Picked it up and took to shop in Broxburn where it was fixed within 4hours (Sept 2021).

Have witnessed them charge a friend of a friend for a uneccasary hard drive replacement which they never did, laptop still has the original drive inside, no way to do business, even if it is on unsuspecting individuals who trust your judgement, should be ashamed of yourselves to trade like that, wouldn't recommend you to anyone, should be on rogue traders

Great service and value from Willie who really went the extra mile to get my laptop sorted out during the Covid19 lockdown. This was vital as I'm part of the local Round Table and we were coordinating deliveries to the vulnerable.My Laptop went from dead to working perfectly again and I'm delighted with it.This is the second time I've used Sprint and both times have been really good,... and it's great to deal with a local business.Highly recommended.

Terrible company. I have been fooled twice now with them responding after 2-3 days constantly saying 'it's the motherboard's problem' although it's not and has never been when I visited them twice. I wouldn't recommend the diagnosis even if it's free. Also they over price the actual repair of the the problem.
