Useless staff. 5 times I have had to visit the shop to try and fix a phone through their terrible insurance. First time 5 people in the shop only one member of staff on the shop floor, second time I was told I had to be the contract holder even though its 3 separate insurances! 4th time to replace the phone only to tell you they take the phone there and then and you have to wait a day to receive the new one. I return for a third time after phoning twice with no answer for 5 mins yet walk into the shop and all staff are just sat their on their phones. At this point I was told their was an error and no deliveries would be made across all Carphone Warhouses. So now I have to go back in another 2 days to collect my replacement from the most incompetent staff ever! Shite insurance policies, shite staff. Shite shop!

Absolute scumbags. I purchased a phone from there and I didn't like it so I returned it, but they wouldn't give me a full refund, and instead they made me purchase the cheapest phone they had and have a partial refund. I went back in to try to exchange this unopened phone for a more expensive one and he said it was impossible and I have to sell the phone on eBay. Absolute clowns. Next time, I will buy my phone from Argos. Congratulations idiots, you have lost a customer for life

Am really impressed by the team at Carphone Warehouse, who whenever I've had an issue, help me solve it instantly. I understand that I should go directly to the network with issues but have found I have been pushed away, so have ended up going back to Carphone where I have been helped, in both the Sudbury and Colchester stores! Although a little busy sometimes, the staff have tried and suceeded to get my issues resolved! I cannot recommend them enough, especially seems I'm paying £38pm for a S9+ 256gb with 30gb data. If I went direct to the network id be paying nearer £60 for the 128gb variant!!

You cannot ever get through to talk to anyone apart from repairs

the staff are too slow to serve customers, even when they're standing around doing nothing. was looking to get a new contract but couldn't find anyone to help us. we eventually went elsewhere

Busy shop, was served by a guy who was pushing me to buy a phone when i wanted to explore my options with other networks. Store manger is also quite rude and arrogant - was surprised at how he was with a customer. i thought it was just me but my friend and brother thought the same when they went in there in the past. Went to Three for a better deal - helpful too
