Ordered breakfast through Just Eat. Took over 2 hours to arrive, and the cafe lied on the phone when we called to chase it. When it arrived the food was cold and disgusting, so we sent a refund request through. The cafe denied it with no explanation, luckily Just Eat sided with us and gave the refund. Wish I could give 0 stars tbh, waited 2 hours and still had to get breakfast elsewhere.

A friend ordered breakfast from here for us yesterda on just eat it arrived over an hour late the food wasn't very nice when it arrived. The food has given us both food poisoning and have been really ill for the last 24 hours will not be ordering from here again its a disgrace

Order for delivery occasionally and never have problems. The food is tasty and still warm when it arrives. Of course sometimes we have to wait but we order at peak times so it’s to be expected.Never had a bad experience with this cafe

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received here today. I’ve never met somebody so rude! Our usual place is closed for the week so we decided to try here and what a mistake this was. The place was dirty despite being empty, they spent 10 minutes chatting to each other before starting my sandwich and the lady behind the counter could honestly win an award for the amount of foul language she used in one sentence. I had my young daughter with me and they didn’t seem to care at all. It doesn’t help that the food was below average too. We definitely won’t be returning and we don’t recommend you do either.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered two small breakfasts on just eat, was given a wait time of an hour and a half (which should've been the first red flag). Nearly two hours pass, we ring up asking where our food is, told we had to wait another thirty to forty minutes because there were four other people in front of us. Whole situation was absolutely ridiculous so we cancelled and got a refund, what a total waste of time. Avoid.

If I could give zero stars I would. £19 for 2 breakfasts, cheese on toast and some soggy chips. All the bread was burnt, the mushrooms were old, the black pudding was like cardboard. Took over 2 hours to arrive after calling the restaurant twice to even find out where it was. Binned half the food, asked for a refund, restaurant denied it but justeat sided with me

Not the first time iv been it's usually OK but the the bacon is always pink still running round the field even when asked to be well done. I'm not one for reviews but it's past a joke now keep throwing it away I won't be returning.

I normally go to old hill café where they're very nice and welcoming and the food is beautiful but unfortunately they were closed so I tried kiras cafe... Honestly shocked at the level of customer service the young girl on the front counter was rude and spent more time talking than anything asked for crispy bacon and egg sandwich which came back as charcoal to the point it was basically inedible the egg was also well over cooked and wait was long I wouldn't recommend at all and I won't be returning.
