DPD Pickup Parcelshop

Disgusting service. Driver marked my parcel as delivered on the other side of wolverhampton. It had been pictured and apparently signed for then put back in his van. Then he declined to redeliver after having me wait until after 5pm. Oldbury depot now have my delivery which has not been prioritised or given a new delivery time, the parcel is live plants that will probably arrive dead after being stored in a cold warehouse. Customer service couldnt care less. Unprofessional all round, won't be ordering from companies that use this as their delivery service.
