Been waiting 4 days now for a delivery, cannot contact anyone. Fed Ex tracking says customer not at home when I have been the entire time. Terrible Service

Useless online tracking.Their customer service at Coventry were good thoughHowever I will avoid companies that use them for delivery in future where possible.

Paid for next day delivery. Waited in all day yesterday and today and it’s still not arrived even though the delivery time is supposed to be by 1PM. Terrible service. Abysmal tracking updates. Avoid

Would give a ZERO if I could. I asked them to collect 6 boxes from an address in Edinburgh and they didn't even bother to collect on Friday 24th and then they don't try again on the Monday so we organised a recollection for today.....they waited in all day AGAIN!!! and no show again. Going to use a decent courier

Been in all day waiting on my parcel, discovered whilst tracking it they have delayed until Monday stating that I wasn’t in. Total lie’s I’ve been waiting all day and can prove if delivery has been attempted and it hasn’t, so it had best turn up on Monday.

Zero stars if I could and appears to be a recurring theme amongst other reviewsParcel was out for delivery 28/11/2023 as arranged. I remained in the house all day to await delivery. Delivery driver lied when updated log with “Receiver not home” (when I was in). No one rang buzzer or phoned me at this time and did not see any vans in car park or passing street. I thereafter phoned customer service who was very apologetic, said “the driver must of ran out of driving hours” and stated that parcel has been rebooked for 29/11/2023 (next day) and promised it would be delivered “put a note on the system to say it must be delivered this day 29/11/2023”.Next day…. My partner remained home all day to await delivery. Checked tracking in afternoon which stated “Regional or national holiday. We'll deliver at the first opportunity.” Thereafter phoned customer service who stated it “will not be delivered today as it wasn’t loaded on van” and won’t be delivered until Friday 01/12/2023 at earliest.Two days wasted and no resolution after promise of next day delivery after clear driver error. Very disappointing service, no answer from complaint and still awaiting delivery…

Delivery driver lied about attempting initial delivery (claimed it was an incorrect address"); arranged a redelivery

If there’s zero star I would love to give them.Absolutely awful customer service.Told me that my parcel will arrive today and when they came they didn’t even ring the door bell. Just took a photo of my front door and said no one is home.Who’s gonna stand outside at the front door of the house WHOLE DAY just to wait for you guys? We couldn’t even select a time slot. What are customers supposed to do?Don’t understand why it’s so difficult to ring the doorbell? Customers ARE home.This company deserves 0 star customer service

Most disgusting service. Kept me waiting whole day at home. But never arrived the delivery. No proper update, no proper information. No more FedEx. Just f….k off.

THE worst courier experience with TNT. Paid for a next day pre-12 delivery on a Tuesday and 3 days in a row they updated the tracking after 4pm to say that I wasn’t in when they attempted to deliver at 5 mins to 12 each day, which is rubbish! Tracking says they left a message. Nope. Been a week now and still no package. Multiple calls to customer service and they are as confused as me and cannot get through to the depot. Their internal tracking system info does not match the customer online tracking info. One guy says that it can be left with a neighbour if I am not there (ie no excuse for not delivering) then the next says oh no we can’t do that as sender hasn’t set that up when initiating the order. UTTER SHAMBLES OF A COURIER. Probably having to declare package as lost and resend as TNT are totally inept at delivering it. They are not even showing up at the property to attempt to! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU CAN if you don’t want to waste hours on the phone chasing a parcel
