I wish there was more selection on the refills, especially the shampoo and conditioner.

Always smells amazing. Team are super friendly and will leave you to shop. Just wish the online offers reflected in the stores

Went here as mine is starting to split around the edges. I showed the sales staff but they laughed and told me I'm just getting old (also they told me to put 'it' away) . I left and went to consult another cosmetic surgeon I know. I'm sure they are a nice bunch and the place smells divine with incredible butters and creams that I would very much like to eat ! It also looks like they are single handedly saving the planet going by their honest looking posters...well done !

Great range of products but the queue is usually quite long as they enter in email addresses for customers to get membership points.

Pushy sales, 3 members off staff stood at entrance it put me off! Walked in and walked out .

Good skin care product range but the prices are abit high. They say they use natural products.

I would not be using The Body Shop ever again. There never seem to be enough staff on the shop floor to help you. Went in for a refund on the body butter I bought. The ingredients in the product are not what they used to be and no longer works for my skin. I was told I could only swap the product for something else. Reluctantly, I decided to give the body yoghurt a try got home and realised I was accidentally given the ''Try me'' sample container. I annoyingly had to make another trip into the store. I wasn't even offered an apology for the inconvenience caused. To make things worse, the body butter makes my skin feel sticky and oily. Horrible customer service and even more horrible products. Going into The Body Shop used to be a lovely experience and every, single product used to be top quality. I feel like it's now meh at best. For their prices, it's NOT worth it.

Got a SUPER friendly and helpful shop assistant lady! Wheelchair wide door with nice wide aisles.Went in for makeup after a bad experience in Mac with a burning face. Body Shop makeup immediately cooled my face and nothing was too much for the lovely shop assistant who even helped me back the bag on my wheelchair once I had made purchases.Felt good. Got good advice. Helped the planet.
