A beauty . Lovely walk around these 2 lakes although bank holiday (rainy and cold for august) was completely empty. Real pleasure just be aware dog has to be on lead

In the heart of Forests of Dean , these ponds and walks are absolutely a treat for person who loves nature , green , water and peace , impressive and must visit place in the area , definately recommanded especially in fall with all the beautiful colours around .. God's Nature

Very nice place, and pleasant walk with my dog.But you must be aware of the warnings at the park entrance, as shown in the pictures. Dogs not allowed off the lead.

Nice gentle, shaded circular walk with coffee and cake at the Dean Heritage half way round. One if my 20min favourite walks come rain or shine.

Parking a bit difficult atm as the upper car park is closed. But the ponds are amazing. Very full due to torrential rain. 24/12/2020

Took the grandchildren and our 2 dogs for lovely walk, we had good weather and was so scenic with sun shining through the trees onto water. Was great to see our 13 and 9 yr old enjoying the outdoors and exploring, even made a rope swing. Its a circular walk around. Dogs have to be on leads, but they enjoyed a great sniff walk. A beautiful place to walk. Little places and few benches you can stop and picnic if you want to. Parking is free from lay bys off the road.
