Have used Wayne for many years and have always had exceptional service and advice. Nothing is too much trouble. Arrives when he says he will to undertake job in hand and points us in the right direction for additional tradesmen that we might need after he has completed the work requiring his expertise. He always gives honest advice which doesn't always result in a job for himself but the customer's satisfaction is at the heart of his business. Would thoroughly recommend.

How refreshing to get such good service. Wayne called out same day as first contact, at exactly the right time. He checked out the areas that were of concern and gave us advice on how to eliminate the problem, and also suggested another contractor who dealt with our issues. Wayne was really helpful, professional and was glad to be of help although not gaining anything for his own business. Thank you Wayne, your good reputation is well deserved.

Called Llanelli Damp Proofing to look at suspected rising damp issue. They came out and established it was not damp at all but a leak from a shower unit. They gave me suitable advice on how to solve the issue and charged me nothing as it was work to be carried out by another professional and recommended other ways to help resolve the problem.

Spoke to this guy, fixed an appointment for a house I am in the process of buying. He said his guy has been to the house and inspected the wall. And he was to give me a report of the problem found. Afterwards I kept calling him for weeks but he didn't answer. I'm guessing his guy never been to the property. God knows what happened with them and they decided not to answer my calls and messages.

Wayne called to the house quickly and diagnosed the problem. Like others who’ve posted I didn’t need his services but he gave me the number of a different tradesperson. He was open and honest about what was needed to fix the issue which is not the experience I’ve had from others. Honesty goes a long way in my mind - hence this review.

Great guys came and did a full extraction on my property. Having had problems with water coming through. Wayne came out to look and spent time going through the process and what they do. Came out and did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves and left my property looking as it did. Very friendly and reliable service highly recommend.

Wayne came to look at an issue with my house and knew immediately that I needed to have some rendering done. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me work that didn't need doing. Didn't charge for the visit, I will be calling Wayne for any future work and would highly recommend to others
