I like the staff here. They are helpful.Work I’ve had done is competitively priced.My only gripe is that getting through directly on the phone is usually difficult and you often get transferred to the central call centre - who can only help by we transferring you back.

Bought my first Peugeot (3008 Allure) from Stoneacre in Halifax. Fabulous service from Kane, he kept me informed up to driving the car away and followed it up with a courtesy call 24 hours later to make sure I was happy with the car and if I had any questions. Would highly recommend the garage.

My wife uses the Motability scheme and after a nightmare at JCT600 we decided to try somewhere else. I was introduced to Myles Holroyd on the first visit and he knew all about the car we were interested in and he stayed with us from the initial meeting all the way through to car handover day.They handled everything quickly, easily and thoroughly despite the showroom going through renovations. He was contactable by email, which was perfect for my hard of hearing wife and actually got back to us on the same day as opposed to JCT 600 who seem to have a delete all filter on their email system.The car is great and when a charging cable was omitted he made sure this was sorted ADAP, after the weekend. If I could put JCT 600 and Stoneacre Mazda on a scale they would be at complete opposite sides. Well done all concerned and specifically Myles.

Did not have an appointment and no one asked if they could help until although saw we were there.A nice Gentleman came out of his office as we walked further round the building.He was helpful and showed us the one that could help my needs. Information given.
