Brilliant! Booked eight taxis over Green Man weekend and they were excellent. Thanks all!

Used them to go between Crickhowell and the Green Man festival. Very friendly, and always turned up on time. First time we'd stayed off-site, so we are a bit concerned at how it was going to work out, but it was very stress-free using CT. Thanks.

During Green Man, whist staying at Cymdu campsite, this company were friendly, helpful, and well organised at ferrying us around when we wanted. Also, despite being tired due to extra work of festival, they were always chatty and informative.

Excellent service again this year for Green Man! We have been using CTE now for 10 years and cannot fault the service. All drivers are friendly, helpful and chatty and always on time. They even wait for us if we're late at the end of the night...and come early if it's raining! Thank you all at CTE!

We booked a there and back taxi for a special anniversary dinner. It was booked weeks in advance. So on Saturday, we waited outside for 10 minutes after the the pick up time. When I rang and spoke to the reception, I was told she would have to find out where he was. She then told me that he would be at least half an hour. In the end, we drove ourselves to dinner. Thankfully, the staff at the venue were understanding and were able to keep our table, even though we were nearly half an hour late. I was very unhappy even angry. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. I have not even been emailed with an explanation, let alone an apology. I could only submit one star, I would only base that on my initial emails. I do not recommend this company. A special evening could have been spoiled or even missed.

Tried to book a taxi, the lady that picked up the phone was very rude.I just enquired about pre booking a taxi back from a local pub ( I was giving 7 hours notice). She said sheCouldnt do it, i asked politely if maybe another time might be possible, i was met with a blunt NO and then sheliterally hung up the phone.

Booked a ride from Llanbedr to Crickhowell following a long hike, it was dark and we were tired. The driver was lovely and the company managed to squeeze us in before another call. Much appreciated, thank you!!

I rang the taxi company to book a taxi 4 days in advance and I have never been spoken to the way this man spoke to me. Absolutely appalling. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
