Today I was greeted Vinay & Upender. They were fantastic and very jolly and happy. selected out a cake and was assisted by Vinay with the writing and packaged up neatly. The puff pastry came out fresh and hot tasted fantastic, I ended up ordering x3 more coz they were that good! Barely found some cake base. We had to eat too much icing even in piece of cake. Looks beautiful but not pleasantly edible.On the other hand customer service very poor. Trying to serve 4 -5 customers simultaneously. No 1:1 connection, may be because of South Indian thinking we don't have any other option to go with. Really disappointed

Wow! Super cute place with amazing pastries. The staff was also super nice and welcoming. And they are maintaining this since 2001. Its not an easy thing to maintain the same qulaity and quantity.. kudos❤️

This review is about Cakes and Bakes Eastham branch. Bought this cake for my son’s birthday from this shop. Been a regular customer of this shop for a very long time and bought cakes from here for all of my family functions. The cake we bought this time barely had any sponge only icing and was extremely sweet, far too sweet and ended in the bin. Waste of money and time. Ruined our special occasion. 0 stars. Very disappointed. Lost a customer forever.

Absolute Day Robbers. Never ever go to this shop. What ever you buy, they don't provide you receipt(obviously to hide paying tax). After asking for receipt they provide fake receipt. When you deep look in to the receipt then you feel it is fake.. Finally after arguing they provide original receipt with very sad face. Attached dummy & original receipt.
