Ellen was the perfect videographer for our wedding day. She took the time to get to know us prior to the day and understand what we wanted. When it came to the big day Ellen was incredibly helpful and fitted seamlessly into the day, capturing many moments without us even being aware we were on film!Ellen made a great team with our photographer Elizabeth Young, working together to get the best shots for both the photos and the video. We absolutely adore our wedding video and have a piece of our day we will treasure forever.

Picking a wedding photographer is such a big decision and we struck gold with Ellen.At our first meet up we knew we had picked the best as she was so welcoming, friendly and we instantly felt at ease.She listened to our thoughts, we never felt uncomfortable asking questions and on the big day itself we didn’t really notice the camera was there!We cannot emphasise enough how wonderful our wedding video was; it was exceptional! We laughed, we cried and it really captured us as a couple and represented our personalities. We just loved it.Ellen was extremely patient with us when waiting for certain details to make our video as we were away for a long period of time and also my husband and I are so slow to respond to anything! So we both really appreciated her patience and no pressure approach.Ellen did such an amazing job and we highly recommend her. Thank you so much for our wonderful wedding video.

Recommending Ellen isn’t enough!! I can’t tell you how amazing this lady is. Not just as a videographer but as a human.She came to our rescue when our original videographer couldn’t do our date and we couldn’t believe how lucky we ended up being. From our first video call, she dealt with all of my anxieties and emotions and we just felt like we were catching up with a friend. From start to finish on our day, her and our photographer (Michelle White) worked in harmony and I felt like I had friends with me all day who just so happened to be holding cameras.We received our first edit today and we have watched it around 3 times already! Her communication, passion and genuine excitement about our day has filled our hearts. Ellen is extremely talented and our wedding video will be treasured forever ♥️There’s even a clip of her dancing with me on the dance floor when no one else would - I mean that’s commitment!

I highly recommend Ellen! We weren’t planning on even having a wedding videographer but we are so glad we did. Ellen did an amazing job - you don’t even notice she is there on the day and is a lovely person to have around. She is very professional and did such an amazing job capturing our wedding. The footage is brilliant and she did small highlight clips that are great to share with other people. I was taken back with how moved I was watching it as she had captured lots of things we hadn’t even noticed on the day.A massive thank you to Ellen!

I recently had the absolute privilege to have Ellen film my sisters wedding. I knew of Ellen's work and wanted to get my sister a wedding present she could cherish. I was confident hiring Ellen as the videographer would be just that..and I was not wrong.Ellen communicated with me in the run up to the wedding, no query or request was too much. She kept the big secret from the bride and groom and even made me a little 'merchandise' package to surprise the happy couple with to reveal their gift. How amazing and that was before the actual wedding!On the day Ellen was the epitome of professionalism and talent. You didn't know she was there most of the time, all the while she was, capturing moments you didn't even notice yourself due to the hustle and bustle of the day. She was so very wonderful to have as part of the day and she ensured the bride and groom were made to feel relaxed but the centre of attention at all times.The final product is simply incredible. My sister watches it ALL THE TIME, the happy couple get to watch their magical day back and it is all thanks the Ellen. Everything from the music to the little touches, even the outtakes had the whole family in equal parts laughter and happy tears.Ellen is a master at her craft. I will not hesitate for a second to hire Ellen for my wedding.Thank you.

Choosing Ellen Jackson to be our videographer and live streamer for our intimate outdoor wedding ceremony in the beautiful gazebo in the grounds of Orton Hall Hotel on 2nd June 2021, followed by an amazing champagne toast inside the glass orangery conservatory afterwards, was one the best decisions we made.Ellen was very easy to contact and responded quickly to my email. She is very professional and we spoke in depth before the day regarding what we did and didn’t want to be captured.Due to covid we were limited to 30 guests at our wedding. This is one reason we chose to have our wedding live steamed, so all of our family and friends that couldn’t attend in person could watch as we actually got married and they could all feel more involved in our magical day.During filming Ellen was very discreet, in fact during the day I hardly saw her at all.The final copies that Ellen completed of our wedding day were simply amazing. They captured every special moment throughout the day bringing them all back to life again. The day goes by so fast and there is so much to take in, you forget some things until you sit back and watch your video of the day.It brings every moment back to you and you feel as though your back there again enjoying the best day of your life.The videos are extra to the amazing memories that will last my husbands and I a lifetime.I could write so many amazing things about why you should use Ellen as your videographer but I suggest you hire her and find out yourselves, you won’t be disappointed.

From the very first call to discuss our wedding plans right down to the final video being sent to us, Ellen was absolutely wonderful to work with! She really understood what we wanted to capture throughout our big day and nothing was too much trouble. Her wedding packages are amazing (we opted for Head over Heels) and the footage created is simply gorgeous. She mingled and fitted in with our guests at the wedding and ensured no time constraints so she stayed well into the evening capturing all our best moves on the dance floor! After the wedding she was great at communicating and she sent really beautiful snippets too of special moments accompanied with stunning music whilst we waited for the full editing to be completed. We have just received our wedding videos back from Ellen and I am completely in love with them. Ellen has captured every emotion, every guest, and every detail. Her style is just beautiful.
