I had an emergency appointment yesterday for our very sick & lifeless puppy, the young vet I saw was just amazing! She was very knowledgeable, very professional, very caring and very honest. The advice she gave was spot on and I’m happy to say our pup is doing well having followed that advice. We can not thank her enough,So so appreciated.

We moved our very elderly cat over to this vets for the last couple of appointments before being sadly put to sleep. I'm so happy we did. Everyone we dealt with was so caring, taking the time to expain everything fully and not rushing through any of his appointments. When the time came to end his life it was dealt with sensitively and in the best possible way. We're taking great comfort in knowing we did the best for him by bringing him here for such a high level of care. Thank you all, we'll definitely be registering our dog here soon for any future appointments.

Took my very poorly 9 year old cocker spaniel into Estcourt Vets recently. He was with them for 5 days. I cannot praise them enough. James, Kerry, Lucy and everyone involved really made me feel that he was being looked after well and gave me updates 3 times a day on his progress. Although a very emotional experience, I now have a dog who is recovering well from a nasty bout of pancreatitis. Thank you everyone who looked after him - I appreciate your help so much!

I must say I have used this vet over the years and have always found them good and caring but my recent dealings have not been very good. I have been very disappointed. My flatcoated retriever was in on Monday for hip X-rays. I was asked to bring her in by 8.15 ( why so early?) for this procedure together with her paperwork which had to be filled in. I collected her at 3 pm but no paperwork had been completed, I was told to collect the paper work the next day. No it wasn’t completed the next day but I was told to collect them on Thursday. I called in on Friday but paperwork still not done. There was no apology by a very unapologetic receptionist who wasn’t really interested. I asked to have the paperwork posted but no this wasn’t possible. No apology and a long wait.I’ve done 3 trips to the vets - travel time 3 hrs! A little consideration and customer care would be appreciated.

BE WARNED MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PROOF OF ANY QUOTES OR THEY WILL DENY.2nd time have been fleeced with these people. Was quoted £210.64 to neuter my dog this included meds. On the day agreed to bloods extra £70. We asked what the total would be expected and told £280. So thought would pay for the laser treatment being another £17. Pick up the dog with a fee of £331. Turns out extra meds and bodysuit charged. When disputed were confronted as if we were lying about the quote originally given and that they would never of said the total of £280. Also was not told the bodysuit was extra. The choice of cone or bodysuit was discussed (yet not told cost or that it was extra) With no written proof the fee had to be paid. First time was when our cat was run over. Knowing his head was severely damaged we prepared have him put down. Rushing to the vet said for £700 they would x-ray to see how bad it was then discuss options before doing anything. Later that day handed a fee for nearly £3000! All because due to having him anaesthetised for x-ray they thought they may as well operate without contacting us for permission. Today asked why use petsapp for notifications yet don't update with price hikes. The response why would we?"I understand having a pet is a responsibility and expensive but you save and expect to pay what you're quoted.THE BELOW BUSINESS RESPONSE IS UNTRUE
