Courteous and helpful. I had a reply to an email on Sunday and a phone call Monday to follow up. The reception at the garage was pleasant and our test drive was relaxed and we'll planned. I bought a car so obviously being pleasant rather than pushy sells cars doesn't it?

Hi to all the great guys at Bob Gerard, especially Jonny on Service, I had my D Max serviced and it was also really well cleaned free of charge and I also got a new one to use during the Day.Also 2 Updates were done and the Truck runs much better than before. They also mended my top FOC. They really go the extra mile and I would not hesitate in recommending them.Will be back next year.

Just purchased a new (secondhand) car from Bob Gerard's garage last week. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient and the process was all a lot easier than I anticipated. A proper service-orientated business - would definitely recommend.

Had my Isuzu serviced at Bob Gerrard. From the first phone call with Jonny to the works being completed the service was fantastic. They have a wealth of knowledge and knew all the little issues I was trying to explain. My pick up now drives better than when I got it brand new.Thanks to all at Bob Gerrad.

I brought a used Daihatsu from these guys, having found it on AutoTrader. We agreed a reasonable price, and they carried out a fresh MOT, full service, provided 12 month's tax and gave a 3 month warranty despite the low purchase price. They delivered the car over 75 miles away, free of charge, just two days later and left a decent amount of fuel in the tank. Over 3 months have passed and as of yet, I've had no issues with the car. Happy to recommend to others.
