Outstanding service from Clay Cross Kawasaki. Unusually for a Kawasaki, I thought my bike needed some repair work performing. I bought the bike second hand and had never set foot into the showroom prior to this, but the team confirmed there was an issue that needed attending to under warranty; they liaised with Kawasaki UK who agreed that Clay Cross Kawasaki should complete the work. This was done in a timely manner, with clear communication to myself. Many thanks to the techs who completed the work, and to Simon who kept me informed of what was happening. I now have the bike back and it’s running beautifully. Very happy customer who will definitely return in the future.

Had my new BSA Gold Star in here for repair at Clay Cross Kawasaki / BSA. This is a very prestigious dealership. The interior space is bright, clean and well presented. All of the motorcycles are very well presented too. Was offered a coffee the minute I walked through the door. Having repaired my bike, it was wheeled into the showroom for me to look around and all of the repairs explained, etc. Very friendly staff. Also, very knowledgeable about the BSA brand. Will be using this dealer again in the future for service work on my BSA even though it is 25 miles further away than my nearest approved repair dealership. Top score to Clay Cross Kawasaki / BSA.

Mark, Jack & Simon from purchase to 600 mile service with extra work on the bike was fantastic service. Took advice from Mark and Simon that solved fitting all my gadgets to bike. Mark did an excellent job setting the ergonomics up on the bike. Well chuffed with the level of service.
