Kensington Piano Lessons
My daughter started piano lesson with Yuriy since 2010 as a complete beginner. Now she is Grade 7. Yuriy is absolutely amazing teacher. Very well organised and he completely understands the need of his pupils. He tries his level best to make his pupil not only score good in exams but to make them good pianist. His technique is remarkable and my daughter often gets excellent comments when she plays is her school concert. He is excellent teacher if someone really wants to learn piano.

Yuriy is the most extraordinary piano teacher. He has a remarkable way of teaching children and getting the most out of them. He started teaching my son at five years old and several years on Yuriy has instilled in him a lifelong love of the piano. Absolutely amazing.

Kensington Piano Lessons
Yuriy has been teaching my daughter for four years. He has a great attitude , firm yet kind and gives and gains the utmost respect.He teaches at a pace that allows for progression without pressure which makes the lessons thoroughly enjoyable.Yuriy understands the demands of a busy school/ family life and tries to be as adaptable as his timetable allows to accommodate school concerts etc.I like that he is a professional and understands the steps it takes in becoming a good piano player. I would highly recommend Yuriy. He is a treasure.

Kensington Piano Lessons
I signed up for remote lessons during lockdown, and they've been brilliant. Having failed grade 3 when I was ten, I passed grade 4 after 18 months of all-remote tuition. Yuriy is patient and friendly and at ease with all the relevant technology - as well as clearly being an expert piano player! He has an arsenal of tools and techniques to keep you improving, and is very good at keeping you motivated when things get tricky. He puts the effort in, and it shows. I've since started attending in-person, and that's working similarly well. Highly recommended!

Kensington Piano Lessons
I started lessons with Yuriy just under two years ago and have just finished my Grade 1. I am now working towards Grade 2. Yuiry is a dedicated and patient tutor for all ages and levels. For any adults out there who like me have always wanted to learn the piano, I highly recommend Yuiry to help you achieve this. He is flexible with time and can take evening lessons is required.

Yuriy has been my teacher for two years and I very much look forward to my lessons. He has made learning and progressing through the grades feel very manageable and has kept me feeling motivated and eager to practise without any pressure. He is a truly brilliant and gifted teacher.

Yuriy is an outstanding teacher, extremely dedicated, and with a penchant for challenging students with beautiful, carefully chosen piano pieces and a unique teaching approach. Learning as an adult, I have had a chance to develop at my own pace, while also expanding my musical taste and understanding. He is definitely the best guide for the journey. Highly recommended — one of the best long-term gift you could make for yourself.
