Just collected my new car from Renault. Fabulous service throughout. The salesman, Alan, was great. No pushy sales talk, just provided the information I needed to make the decision to buy. Alan kept me informed of expected dates etc while I waited on the car to be delivered. He was really helpful out of hours while I arranged insurance and spent a lot of time showing us how everything worked when we picked it up. Could not fault the service received.

Awful. I was trading my car in for a new one, which firstly they forgot to service. And second they didn’t clear the finance off the last car so just short of £4,000 was taken from my account which they were meant to sort. When I went in the other day once I had bought the new car the sales man I had was very moody as if I was an inconvenience but when I was buying the car he was nice as pie. Not pleased in the slightest. Now I’ve got to deal with being minus in my account and a charge with that, plus direct debits which were meant to come out today bouncing back due to no money in my account which could damage my credit score! No sorry on the phone when I called to sort it.

Frank Bridges was 5* ( excellent )All very good except one tiny thing - Change the chairs in the dealership, as they are not suitable for the disabled. I fell once trying to get on them and near did it again. Main thing the car and the service was fab-u-laaaas as “Strictly” would say!!

Euan did a sterling job in sorting me out with my new (to me) Dacia Duster Prestige.Got a fantastic deal on part exchange for my Sandero Stepway and a cracking price on the Duster.Felt like I was in safe hands throughout the whole process and got to drive it away in less than a day!Would definitely recommend anyone to use these guys⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Arrived for my service 20 minutes late due to flooding and traffic on the roads. Tried to call multiple times to let them know I was running late, no answer.Arrived to be told they'd given my slot to someone else.Absolutely appalling service.

The sales staff had a manner which suited us. We got on very well with Frank.There was no dealing and we felt we had the best price and trade in that you could offer with no need to haggle. We were encouraged to see if we could get a better price selling our car (Hyundai i30) and in fact we did from the local Hyundai dealer.Found it difficult to pin down the precise spec of the Arkana Engineered largely because all Renault information related to the replacement Alpine spec. The car appears to have Assisted Parking but you thought it didn't (I asked two people).

Great customer service. I forgot to book pick up and drop off for my motability car 1 year service but Victoria took me home and brought the car back. Her colleague drove behind her to take her back. I was really grateful.
