D & J Star Nails

DO NOT GO HERE ! I am disgusted. I had the last appointment before they closed for the day and they rushed my nails cut me made me bleed and my nail paint started chipping within 2 days. All the workers left while the lady was still doing my nails and when my nails were wet and the lady moved my things over to the table to dry my nails under the light she only moved my phone and my purse I totally forgot I had my shopping bag with £100 worth with me she did not move that for me, but when i realised after I left that I forgot my bag it was to late to go back because they was closed, I didn’t think anything bad at first as I thought I’ll send someone to collect the bag first thing in the morning as I couldn’t go because I was going on holiday. So my dad went to d&j nails before they opened and waited to get my shopping because I was the last client the day before and my dad was there the next morning before anyone could go and take the bag but they said they didn’t have it which means one of the workers had stolen my bag and they said they have no cctv! Absolutely disgusting I’m sure they took my shopping because they thought I wouldn’t come back for it as I told them I was flying out the next morning. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!

Do not get your nails done at this place at any cost. Nail polish started pealing the next day went back to the shop the man at the front was very rude worst customer service I’ve experienced from a nail salon. He blamed me he said you peeled them. I would not recommend this place at any cost. Also when I was getting my nails done I asked to use the toilet don’t think it’s ever been cleaned period blood all over the toilet.

Awful place with unprofessional and untrained staffNails came off before the night ended and the pedicure was the most painful experience of my life, my heels were left looking worse than they did when I arrived they just added added cuts amd bruising. Was given alcohol wipes to clean the blood and no apology

I had infills done here. The service was quick and efficient, friendly staff and my nails look beautiful!

Always come here for my nails friendly staff and service on point. They never disappoint when I have come, always worth the money. Would recommend to everyone.

Absolute waste of money! They are not ready to do any design that we show and opt for simple design. And they can't even do any kind of design. Also they don't cure the nails with UV light and they charge extra for it. They charged £30 for just painting the nails without UV. The service was not worth the money paid.I wouldn't recommend this salon.

First time I have used this place but my goodness what a service we got it was amazing we will definitely be using them regularly now.

I love going here the people in the their are so nice and friendly.
