Trevor treated me for injuries to both knees resulting from an intense period of overuse - I literally couldn’t walk. After 4 treatments he had determined the cause and I was given a series of exercises. Within a month I completed an 8 day Llŷn Peninsular coastal walk of 95 miles carrying a 13kg backpack with not even a blister. I have kept up the exercises and have no trouble since. A friendly, understanding very professional service - highly recommended.

I saw Trevor for acute pain due to sciatica and slipped disk several times, and can only praise his professional skills and knowledge. The osteopathy treatments I received were soothing, calming and certainly informative with post treatment advice. There is no doubt that I will return to see Trevor soon and I'd strongly recommend his practice to anyone who is looking for a caring, professional and skilled osteopath.

Trevor is an osteopath who really listens to and communicates with the body. He eases bones and muscles back into a better place, never forcing anything or using violent tactics. He incorporates and calls upon different means to do this, including traditional osteopathy, cranial osteopathy and Pilates body movement techniques. I came to him with such severe lower back pain I could barely walk, and after my first session I was able to walk twice as fast on my way home. In addition, his friendliness and positivity go a long way in helping the healing process. His experience as a performing artist lent a great sensitivity towards this lifestyle; as a professional musician I found this to be of great benefit.
