Absolutely professional service that I would always remember. Helped me throughout the buying process last summer (2021) even when the seller party was not engaging very well and taking really long to respond and frustrating us every step of the way. Fortunately PDR has a no sale no fee policy, so they have a genuine interest in completing sale. Final icing on the cake was the way they helped me catch the 30th June deadline of stamp duty holiday when my seller just suddenly announced 3 days before the deadline that they are willing to exchange contract and complete. Exchange was done next day but Grace, Tina and Robyn went out of the way to secure funds from my mortgage provider and get them ready wirhin a record time (2 days) to enable the completion before 30th June (generally this process takes a week). This was despite the fact that they were already overloaded with other clients who had to complete the sale before the deadline.

Thanks to Nicole, Robyn and the team, brilliant service and very responsive and friendly, the app is also very handy, couldn’t recommend higher, will be using PDR again!

A very complicated case involving the selling of 2 houses and the purchase of 1, Robyn and her team were instrumental in ensuring the process went as smoothly as humanly possible. Having to deal with extremely poor communication from the online conveyancing company at the bottom of the chain ( resulting in 3 missed exchange dates), Robyn was always there to ease our worries with her exceptional professionalism. Top class performance from a top class company, hugely recommended.

We used PDR Property Lawyers twice, for the purchase and the sale of the property. Both transactions went smoothly thanks to an excellent communications and support. When purchasing the property last year I was assured by Michelle that our case (and others in a similar position )would be dealt with a priority to meet the deadline and she kept the promises. The fees were reasonable as well. We have used other conveyancing firms before but PDR is definitely the best among them, especially for their great communication, correspondence and ease of the process. We will use PDR again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who seeks the legal help.
