Unsurpassed customer care, restored my faith in Trek - I have used a lot of bike shops. From Plymouth down to Wrangaton and Totnes, relied on a lot of dealers in the past for help, often feeling short changed or disappointed with results. Bay Cycles are without doubt the best customer experience I have come across. Every issue has been fixed, minimum fuss. Treks lifetime guarantee honoured without quibble at their insistence. Staff are knowledgable and helpful. Having replaced an entire defective Trek for new (free of charge, under warranty and a model generation up), they even went to the length of fitting all my preferred custom components onto the bike. I expected them to just hand me them all in a bag. Genuinely went above and beyond other services I have used before. One of my road bikes which had been troubling me for a year, they ordered new parts for and fixed within a couple of weeks despite being height of the summer season. I'll be looking for a 105 groupset next summer, its a relief to know where I can buy from with old school standards of customer care. If you like Trek, look no further than Bay cycles. I Had an issue with my new bike. 3rd or 4th visit here, this time for a good service, brakes bled and new pads, dropper post repaired, rear suspension repaired, new gear cable, sag set perfect to my weight. Great service and fast turn around.Thanks guys and gals see you next year or next time I need any work doing.
