Was very grateful they could fit us in.(especially as it was my Birthday & was visiting the area from Durham) service took a lot longer than I expected but the food was great!! Thank you.

A nice pub with a good menu, including vegetarian and vegan options, and helpful staff. We reserved a table and had a pleasant lunch for four. There's also a large garden which would make a nice spot in the summer, including a kid's play area.

Was treated to Sunday carvery here by our relatives who are staunch regulars! Although being a Sunday we only had the choice of the carvery we could see that normally the menu is extensive.and sensibly priced. Must say that the desserts were excellent - give the chocolate orange tart a try. Plenty of seating inside & out. Nice large car park as well.

Amazing food for a great price, lovely service.No mash on the carvery but some of the best roast potatoes on a carvery I’ve had. Plenty of meat aswell. Unfortunately I had to drop a star because I do begrudge paying £4.20 for a pint of lemonade and the same for a pint of coke which I think is steep even for Suffolk

We are staying at a campsite nearby and have eaten here for 2 evening meals, excellent food. The daily carvery is the best I've had. We are back tomorrow. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it.

Had a drink only. One the menu was predictable foe alot of pubs and two the guy behind the bar said the chef wouldn't be happy if he asked for more orders.Totally the wrong thing to imply and put us off. No atmosphere in the pub,would not bother again

We had a lovely carvery. The staff were all very freadly. There is a good-sized kid play area outside as well.
