Our cat stayed for one week at the cattery while we were away on holiday. Our cat usually stays there when we are away,and we have always been quite happy. But this time there were a few issues, so on our next holiday, I think we will be looking for another cattery.

You don't expect a cattery to have a faulty pen and be told your cat is missing when you take it to a place of safety while you are away.Owners added insult to injury by not doing much to help find him, only doing things when pushed to do so and spending more energy on moaning about public comments about them on Facebook than finding my cat!Apparently have no business insurance for losing a pet in their care.Had used them for years and they definitely love.the cats, but keeping your pet safe is a basic requirement.

We adopted our cat from here and we've left our cat here twice and she's been well looked after and it's great that you can actually view your cat via the pod cameras Already booked for next year Would recommend it xx

My cat was here for two weeks a few months ago. We could watch him on camera and they shut him out for ages, I was broken watching my depressed cat in the care of people who have no clue , leaving my cat locked out whilst they made his room, to be outside locked for hours. Carelessness I’ll never use again !!

This was a great place with friendly staff who helped us in getting our new kitten. There is plenty of space here for many cats to go on holiday while your on holiday and there are plenty of luxuries to keep your cat happy on their stay.

Adopted our two cats, now resident in Sydney, from here many years ago now and had the pleasure of visiting their Cat Cafe yesterday. Just delightful! Wonderfully chilled, socialised cats and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Rather good cakes a bonus! Thoroughly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking to adopt, able to finally travel and needing somewhere safe and luxurious to board their cat, or simply in need of cake.
