Just popped into the Maidstone branch on the off chance to have a look for holidays, a Louise hastings was very helpful and friendly, I asked a few questions about holiday destinations and she was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions ,I ended up booking a holiday with her help that day and will definitely be going back to book other breaks thro tui and hopefully her help again, very satisfied

Great store, Fantastic customer service and friendly staff especially Jadene, who managed to get us a really good deal and discount booking our holiday and parking. We are so grateful !! Especially given that everybody is currently being pushed to the limit financially. For us, it helped a lot ! Thank you and we are counting down the days to our lovely holiday…..We will definitely book again !!

The agents had an excellent knowledge of the products on offer and spoke through a range of holidays to ensure that we found the right one. So far, very good. Very helpful and as a previous customer, I've not been disappointed. Photos are 2016 in the States - Yosemite National Park as viewed from Juniper Springs Resort, Half Dome (in the distance) YNP, El Capitan and Universal Studios, California.
