Poor service. I’ve had a mould growth in the apartment for over a month now, and Ascend still can’t sort that out. It only takes few minutes to call the mould removal company to book a treatment, usually they come in 48hrs. Ascend employees are really inefficient. Don’t recommend.

Ryan Hutchinson and Gemma Davies have both been very quick in responding to emails/calls during our rental application. It has been a smooth and easy process so far.

Laughably poor service. Moving in has been impossible.On initial viewings, agency cancelled last minute and then before the re-arranged viewing gave the property to a different person.When we then settled on a different property, we have completed everything they've asked of us and checked for progress time and time again. We are now one week from the intended move in date and still have not had any communication about if we have the property. Every phone call is met with incompetence and delays. No one seems to care. You'd expect an estate agency to recognise the difficulties of moving house.I move regularly (every 1-2 years), I have never seen service so poor. Embarrasing.

Brandon is nice to handle my application and any enquiry about the property I would like to rent. He is also efficient to reply my email. Wish my application will be proceeded well.

I have tried ringing this firm several times. At 9am, at 11am, at 2pm, at 4pm. It's extremely difficult to get through the phones, as they rarely answer.Makes it difficult to do business with them. Otherwise, they're relatively professional and courteous.Still, I have been trying them for 3 days without success.

Deposit stoler. Be careful if u r young guys and foreigner. They will try to hide all the fault in the house in the checkin inventory and stole deposit from all residents with same reason.hope your deposit didn't meet Stephanie
