Having to rely on the internet to help our daughter find and purchase her first auto could have been much more stressful except that we found Jason at Crews Garage. He was accomodating in answering all of our questions, explaining how the car purchase could proceed, and made a whatsapp video of what we wanted clarified on the car. Once we agreed on the purchase, he picked our daughter up from the local train station, explained everything about the car and did a test drive with her. The car is even better than she expected, has a new MOT, and we are very happy customers! Thank you for not being a pushy sales person and yet being very helpful, Jason.

I bought a car for my son from Jason at Crews Garage and the deal was done and dusted within an hour. Nothing was too much trouble, his patience was endless and there was no pressure to buy. I never met Jason in person. He was however extremely helpful and informative (even though he wasn't actually at the office due to England's most recent lockdown) He was available via email and telephone.I was stranded in the welsh mountains due to an accident. My car was deemed an insurance write it off.I wanted to buy the exact same model of car, with similar miles and service history. The best looking car I could find online was roughly 90-100 miles away-Crews Garage.Jason sent pictures and lots of information and even sorted out delivery of the car straight to my door. No pushy sales talk, just honest answers based on a sound knowledge of the car I was interested in.I travelled a fair distance to view the car and wasn't disappointed. An excellent car with a very good spec at a competetive price and what I consider to be a very reasonable part exchange offer.The whole transaction went very smoothly and when I picked the car up, I discovered that Jason had even aranged for the previous owner to go in and sign the letter transferring the service plan - excellent attention to detail and a nice touch!Based on this experience I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer.
