Recently started renting a property through Mann Swanley. Tilly and Laura were so helpful and made the process so much smoother. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent

Please pass all my thanks onto Charlie. As a first time buyer, the slight lack of communication with my first helper at MANN put me slightly on edge. However, when Charlie was then assigned my case, he could not have made my experience more positive. He understood me as a person and helped make me feel completely at ease, and was the most friendly person, like my thousands of questions were never a burden. He sped the process up and kept me in the loop with everything. From reassurance to listening to rants and queries to being a fast, professional salesman when conferring with other parties in the purchase, Charlie is the best.

We found a little house through Mann Swanley and it was a wonderful experience.Tilly was in our corner, and advocated for us really well when negotiating with the landlord. We felt looked after and this was what we needed after a few bad experiences with other letting agents.We were even more surprised and delighted to receive a lovely welcome home package from them once we had moved in. It contained samples of cleaning supplies, and that really helped with those first few days of moving in when you don't have what you need yet. Was a lovely touch.Would highly recommend Mann and have already done so to other friends.Thank you Tilly! And thank you Mann.

Although it didn’t start off well as expected, Mann have since gone above and beyond to ensure we have had the best experience. Shelley has been brilliant! Very forthcoming and responsive!
