out of 5 stars I can rate this firm I wont even give them one star after the very bad experience I had with them but had to give one star just to continuecouple days after I got my car from them it started knocking all they said oh its the heat shield but turned out to be anti roll bushes. then had to change the wishbone.a month after the purchase they demanded more money from me and I felt pressured into paying up they said I never told them it was a cat d car I treaded in, afterwards I found out from a relative I did not have to pay it so I contacted trading standards and they said I never had to pay it so I sent the 3 letters I had to send and they ignored every letter. only when they were sent letter by court did they reply and they still said it was down to me not telling them, I pointed out it was down to them to check and to stop it going to court they paid my money backI will never deal with this company again

Unfortunately, the Honda Jazz we bought had a strange fault which was only noticeable after the car had been properly warmed up from driving. Infinity Cars worked very hard to track down and repair this fault which had the mechanics baffled and we are now very pleased with the car. It was a situation where many car dealers probably would have just fobbed us off, but not this company. I recommend them highly.

Partner brought car from them, next day it died. been in contact with them by email about it so we have record of contact, no reply back from them. Now been in contact with Citizens Advice about it under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, they will notify Trading Standards about it so they can see how they operate their business. REMEMBER IF YOU PAY USING A CREDIT CARD, CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS THEY ARE EQUALLY LIABLE IF THE TRADER IS IN BREACH OF CONTRACT.

Recently bought a Peugeot 206 Sport. When first seen there were some relatively minor faults that were rectified prior to collecting the car.Shortly after purchasing, there was an oil leak problem that was diagnosed as coming from the head-gasket. Unfortunately the warranty company refused to deal with the issue.However, Infinity Cars took the car back, sent it to their garage and replaced the head-gasket at no cost to us.That is what I call excellent customer service.I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a decent used car at a sensible price.

Biggest bunch of douchebags you'll ever come across.Bough a Toyota Celica off them. Electrics didn't work, dead fuse. They promised it would be fixed by the time they delivered it to me. They fixed it alright, apparently a thin piece of copper wire (the kind you find in kids' toys) is perfectly capable of channeling 120 amps.It burnt out in the middle of the A14 doing 70mph, no indicators or windscreen wipers when it was really coming down with rain. This is the kind of junk you just couldn't make up... RAC guy came along and sorted me out with a proper fuse.Two days later (driven about 15 miles total by then), engine sounds like a diesel, turns out the timing chain is on its way out. Asked for a refund, they dodged a bunch of calls before finally agreeing to returning less than half of what I paid them and also kept my old car that I had traded in.Avoid these evil s**tbags, may they burn in hell

Bought a Vaxhuall Corsa 1.4 design from this dealership about a month ago, I'm very pleased to say the car is working perfectly and I'm very happy with my purchase. The staff were very helpful and picked me up from Peterborough station and happily drove us to the dealership. I was allowed to test drive the car on my own and any questions I had they had an answer for me. The car came with all the service history and mot certificates which was great , when I visited the car for the first time it has a scratch on the bumper , the guys happily agreed to have it painted over for me and when I picked the car up it was washed cleaned both inside and out and repainted. I was also allowed to use there computers to purchase my car insurance before i drove off. The guys also give me directions back to London which was a plus. Overall the service was excellent, staff are friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend Infinity Cars to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

Bunch of cowboys!!!We bought a Vauxhall Zafira from these guys just over a year ago. It came with a full MOT & 6mnths tax. Just a few days after buying it we heard some knocking noises coming from from wheels, we had it looked at and was told it was the link rods were worn. *mot advisory* which wasn't shown on mot certificate. also one headlight was misaligned, also an mot failure and the horn was not working, yet another mot failure.We took it back to Infinity when the *new* battery went flat, they fitted another *new* battery but when we went to collect it they had lost the key. When we got the car back we took it to a Vauxhall dealership and paid for a full diagnostics check and they found there was multiple electrical faults with the vehicle. A few days after this the altenator packed up while i was driving resulting in losing all power, steering controls and brakes. We again called Infinity and they said they would not be prepared to pay for us to get a new one fitted when they could get a *new* one from ebay. We declined this offer and paid to get it fixed ourselves. Just a few of the things that have gone wrong with this vehicle in the short time we have had it and still we have problems with it.PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS.I have since been past there forecourt and have noticed they are now trading under the name USED CAR COMPANY""

Bought a car from these gentlemen, very honest guys. From on the phone to visiting their forecourt they were very courteous and polite. The car I had seen and now bought was just as described. Few marks on the bodywork which i wasn't too fussed about, but Infinity went the extra mile by getting them removed. Very happy with my purchase guys and i will definitely be buying a few more in the near future.Thanks,Raymond Cojak

absolute rubbish, sold me a car with a dodgy gearbox, then repaired it with another dodgy gearbox. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE, as the manager is never there and taking 5-6 holidays a year on our money. Refusing to give refund as say out of warranty, but 3month warranty is actually 6 months. Don't get in our position, as taking a lot of phone calls and google search and local honest garages to help us fight out corner. I can;t even drive the car

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!Not happy at all. Bought a car and had problems with it from the start. I called many times and they said they would get back to me and they never did. They were all extremely rude and hardly let me get a word in before they would hang up on me. Two months and many calls later, the car wouldn’t start and the electrics died. I then found myself screaming down the phone at them to do something about it. They finally agreed to exchange the car but boy were they digging their heals in about doing it. They also wanted me to hand over another 500 for a car that was not worth as much as the one I already bought from them. Finally they gave in when I told them I was going to take legal action. These people are con men and should be locked up for selling faulty, unsafe cars. As soon as they get your deposit, they treat you like crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save your time and money. I wish I had!
