I would recommend to use Sam a personal trainer, he has helped me with my training, nutrition & confidence in the Gym. In the 16 weeks he helped me loose 7kg of fat. I trained with Sam twice per week at his gym. The nutrition was simple and easy to follow and was personalised to my lifestyle.. a few simple changes/rules really made the difference. I am now confidently going to the gym on my own and using Sam's guidance remotely through his online training service. Thank you Sam for all your support it has changed my life!

I’ve been training with Sam for almost a year now and it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself. He has incredible knowledge and makes me my own personal plan for my workouts and nutrition for the rest of the week. He goes above and beyond for his clients and I wouldn’t train now with anyone else.
