Contacted Simon online. Very prompt response. Made booking for Simon to come and see exactly what I wanted. He knew exactly what we needed and explained it all to me. Simon returned following week and carried out the work. I had (or thought I had) a problem so contacted Simon again. He came the same day to sort out for me. What a lovely guy Simon is. Couldn't rate him highly enough. So knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this sort of service.

They were a pleasure to have in my home and I'm delighted with the improvement to my wifi system.
