Helpful, knowledgeable staff and wide range of great value, affordable products. I needed superglue to fixed reattach a temple to my glasses and was recommended a bottle of Everbuild industrial strength superglue, advised how to use it safely and how to store it after use. I used more sparingly than I would normally use (to avoid getting any on the hinge) and it still did an excellent job. I also bought a bottle of Kilrock limescale remover (non-drip gel), recommended to me on a previous visit, to tackle an encrusted kitchen sink tap. Again this is a product that does exactly what it says on the container. The Tap has emerged gleaming and I still have enought to attack the bathroom taps with!I can't recommend this shop enough. You can be confident of getting sound advice, the right product to do the job required, to the standard expected.

Messed around on a gas replacement despite calling ahead of driving down. No option but to go elsewhere, but when I asked to return the empty canister I was subsequently ripped off on my deposit refund, including an additional deduction for VAT"??! Pretty sure that's tax fraud... Either way
