Very simple, straightforward process. You book a space, and as long as your belongings fit in the space, there's no hassle! No restrictions on what type of storage you use (some services restrict you to boxes) to store your stuff and this was honestly the best part. The staff are super friendly, and everything is transparent so you know everything from day 1. There's 24/7 access to the facility if you need something from your storage space. And the checkout process is super simple. Strongly recommend.

Outstanding storage solutions. John was very helpful when I rang explaining the size off container, needed for our house. The site has very secure storage, with good access when you need to get in. The rates were the best I'd come across and I'd rang a few different companies. 5 star

I can't recommend O'Briens highly enough. They explained how the process worked and helped me choose the right size container. Initially i only needed the unit for a few weeks but it ended up being 6 months. Getting in touch with them couldn't have been easier and they were really helpful and accommodating. Access to the site was straight forward and ending my contract was simple too. Perfect.

Brilliant service from receiving a quote, all the way through to sorting out my lock up and insurance. The site in birtley was clean, very secure and access was available all the time. Highly recommend this business for all storage solutions. John is great to speak to and really helps you out.
