Terrible service, so bad that we had to use another funeral service.

We used this recently for my dad, very happy with the service through the whole process, he was nervous and they made the process easy to understand. would def recommend.

My mum passed away on 13th September, it had been the longest 4weeks leading upto the cremation on 11th October. Our funeral planer Sally helped us get through this tough time and was only a call away night or day and answered any question we had. We would like to say a big thank you and to Mark the day was a very sad day but it was a perfect day everyone who attended said it was a very personal and perfect goodbye to my mum who's loved by all.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolutely appalling service in a terrible time for myself and family. After they received payment without question from my partner after he paid for his own funeral prior to an attempt to take his own life, they followed no due diligence and refuse to give a refund.I have just spoken with Sally Howarth, Director of Plan with Grace, who has to be the most rude, obnoxious, and shows absolutely no compassion given the circumstances. I have written a complaint to the FCA as I don't believe this company should be trading due to their unethical business practice and lack of duty of care.A word of advice: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
