Terrible cant get through to ther office says open till half 5 and the house that are renting walls are leeking end up with puddle on kitchen floor been here three years with 3 monthly inspections for us still be having the same problems awful place to rent from

Bit disappointed of service. Heating boiler broke down. we live in 21st century and should not take a week to replace one part. Was no help in this time as well. Outside winter i had +10 degrees inside and not been even offered any heating equipment till sort out. Some of my plants died which was rare species which needed min +15 to survive. Absolutely disappointed, where all kindness gone? Only money exist.

Very dodge letting agency who colluded with rogue landlords who finds ANY means not to refunds tenants deposit. Please stay away from this agency any one ready to rent. Not recommended at all

Rang them as a landlord to see if I could engage themwas told Andrew would callback. Weeks later no callback. So rang today and member of staff said would email him again. Let's see if I get a callback otherwise I'm guessing he's not interested I have never dealt with them previously so not sure if this is normal for them. Would be nice if they just inform people if uninterested or maybe an omen?Update still no callback so they're clearly not interested caveat emptor
