The staff are good.Being going for a couple of years as its local.Getting worse.Male toilets are dirty.More and more lockers and changing room doors broken and not repaired. Lazy river out of action for ages, and gala days are frequently closing use for the public. Please sort it out.

Brilliant pool, perfect for swimming in a lane as the kids are in 1 of the 2 smaller pools with slides etc. Nice helpful staff and reasonably priced mingling subscription.

Excellent very clean pool. Staff lovely. Lots of lockers need mending, and lighting in cubicles not good. Great value for money though.

Cold and not very clean. My daughter was shaking after 30min in the pool. A swimming pool should be a place of enjoyment, especially during the winter...I mean being able to stay in the swimming pool area just wearing normal swimming gear, like all over Europe, not having the air conditioning selected ON. Water is cold as well. If you swim continuously is ok, but as long as you stop, your body feels the cold.

Staff - excellentFacilities - very goodSwimming instructors - amazing with the kids.The cafe has good options, if a little pricey - but it's the same most places nowadays.

The management needs to look at the temperature of the pool , especially the kids pools, they are freezing cold and it's uncomfortableFair enough the big pool is probably cold because serious swimmers want that...but not kids pools...come on .My son got a chill and started shivering after being there.Also please get the lazy river fixed.Apart from that it could be a great place to take the kids and you have friendly staff.

Most of the times I've been the kids and I have loved it, only used swimming facilities, unfortunately last week when the kids were off school the small pool and flumes were closed but hopefully whatever was wrong will be sorted soon but it's usually great, their cafe' only sells toasties and sandwiches and a small selection of cakes

Amount of broken equipment is really makibg this a hard place to visit - faulty flume with the one working flume with such poor water flow you literally have to push yourself down, fast river out of order due to poor maintance and floor grates damaged. Small.choice of floats handed out in pool and the near by river is a close second for tempature! Happy enough to take the money but aren't applying it to the facilities constant broken lockers, out of order toilets and a faulty thermostat given the pool tempature (kids pool normally warmer than others - not anymore)

3pools, deep children pool and slides at the lazy river. There's different swimming classes and gym classes.Cafe open 12-5After 5, there's a lot of teenagers hangout in the onX play park and sometimes at the football pitches.If you see the Garden, that's for disabled service people at Milldale.
