I bought a 2 seater sofa and I explained that I live on second floor and the agreed to deliver but when they came they refused to take upstairs. I have no family to help I told them but they just took it back that was so annoying.

Got there 16:30 on Friday and they had locked the door and cashed up. Quite a few people turned up to go in and no one inside would let us know they were closed. Annoying as I had walked across town to get there.

There was not much in on the day we visited. I think you need to go early and get lucky to find a bargain. Some items are quite expensive for secondhand. Very few books on offer which was rather disappointing.

Prices are too high for used goods. Comparing the prices between them, one gets the feeling that prices are set out of the blue at the whim of the appraiser and not according to the product’s correspondence with reality... It seems that if the store is located in the center on Narborough Rd, Leicester, then the prices can be set as in a large store in the city center.. .

This is purely based on the man who appeared to be manning the salvation army car park on match day .I have never encountered such a rude anti social person.i would maybe hire someone with basic manners and without such a bad attitude.we decided not to come in the shop because of this gentleman
