Really slow service. There were only 2 people in front of me, and I waited 40 minutes to be served.

Excellent service. Customer assistant ( Hashim) was very helpful. Polite and informative. Went the extra mile and gave us the necessary support to get done. What needed to get done left feeling reassured.

DO NOT EVER USE THEM! THEY HAD MY MEDICATION AND DID NOT DELIVER ON SPECIFIED TIME - NO ONE COULD CONTACT THE DRIVER OR DEPOT- WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE & THE STRESS CAUSED TO ME - IF THERE WAS MINUS STARS I WOULD GIVE THEM THAT - MESSED UP STILL AFTER PROMISED DELIVERY - I DESPISE THIS COURIER

Driver with this number 07779 992788 called and said he was not going to be coming upstairs to my property because the package was ‘too heavy’. I told him there are ‘two lifts’ on my block, to which he ignored me and expected me to come and pick the parcel myself. **I asked for his parked location, to this he cut the phone and blocked me.He drove away with the parcel, worth £5000 and this is NOT THE FIRST time this has happened with DHL. I am extremely angry and disappointed in this company. I called to speak to DHL Express Customer Services ‘Amy’. She made excuses for the driver and did not help me at all.I am sick of paying hundreds for this company to deliver my parcel with decent customer service, only for them to spit in my face. I’m infuriated and will like this dealt with ASAP

I get so worried wen someone sends by DHL like my passport, why do passport office use DHL driver uesless, no acess they say,small block ofFlats, took a day off from work,was home alday dont know why they stress u out like this, now im waiting another day,nowBut i need my passport, also need to be at work!@ its so stressful!! App is so useless too.If i dont get passport today then will complain to passport office, they need to change delivery componys.

Great company to work for No two days is ever the same Great team leader we always having a laugh in the morning before we touch the road so we leave in good Vibez,Nuff respect DHL

They should pack up shop uselessI waisted precious in the one and only office in the woolwich area where the lady didn’t know what to type and when she was nearly done a massage appeared that she is locked out of the account followed by dead phone line

Very, very slow services.... they do not bother how many people are waiting to get served. No attempts make to speed up. Waited for 1 hour to be served while behind of just 3 people... Just wanted to send some important documents. When asked if there are any colleagues who can serve the waiting customers...reduely repplied no. People use DHL for speedy and secure delivery service.. they may be secured but speed is just the opposite of that.

The worst company. I'm waiting for my parcel and I get a message the driver saying no one is at home. I'm here waiting. I can't even contact them . It's important documents and I need them ASAP
