Ashley was very caring and helped us at short notice. It’s always very difficult to lose a beloved pet and Ashley understood what we needed. We would definitely recommend.

I came across Ashley at Atypical shortly after my Staffy, Rosie passed away and I wasn't happy with the service the vet was offering.The service Ashley offers is exactly what I needed, enabling me to give the send-off my dog deserved and I couldn't be happier with my decision.The whole process was very straight forward and Ashley was very compassionate.I wasn't familiar with private cremation options before this and I only hope that in future I can bring them to the attention of other dog owners at the right time.Thanks again for your help, Ashley!

Thank you to Ashley. Who was so very thoughtful over the passing of our little Tiggy. He was so professional, caring and Tiggy was back with us very quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who faces losing a much loved pet.

After very recently losing our beloved dog Springley. I was recommended Atypical Pet by a very good friend at the 11th hour. Ashley accommodated us without a breath of hesitation. He even spelt her name correctly from the off. Springley was a very muched loved girl and Ashley ensured she was well looked after when passing over the rainbow bridge. Springleys ashes where back home within 24 hours. The comfort we had knowing she wasn't left at the vets, and that she was in a loving home for her final journey made the unbearable just about manageable. What I want to say is thank you Ashley and I 100% recommend this business

It meant the world to me to take Pip and bring her home on the same day, knowing with confidence that it was indeed my fantastic, independent and loyal friend for over 18 years that was coming back home.The genuine sense of understanding you show Ashley, over what is for most dog parents, truly agonising and heartbreaking is outstanding. Ashley is a special guy, he was absolutely perfect for our beloved big boy Loki. I don’t usually write reviews…. but I feel compelled to, as Ashley was so kind and accommodating to us at such a difficult time. Loki hated the vets with a passion, but his passing was on his terms, he died peacefully in the night at home knowing that he was utterly loved.It was rather sudden, so we hadn’t given a thought to what we would do when the time came.I just googled pet cremation, (my boy wasn’t going to the vets, to be kept in cold storage).I called Atypical pet cremation very early on a bank holiday Sunday morning, after having been told that he was too large at 50kg by another crematorium.Ashley met us within an hour or so of me calling him, we put Loki into our camper van for his last road trip, and took him to Atypical crematorium in Winchcombe, the setting was idyllic, Loki would have approved.We picked Loki up the next day.If you are reading this review, you obviously have had a loss, or it’s imminent, I am so very sorry for you, but rest assured, Ashley will treat you and your pet with complete compassion and dignity.Thank you Ashley.

After suddenly losing our beloved dog Beau, I contacted a couple of pet cremation companies and Ashley was the first one to show true compassion. He was completely flexible to fit us in which was extremely helpful. From our first phone call I knew my boy would be treated with the respect he deserved. Overall Ashley made what was such a terrible time for us that little bit more bearable - thank you!

Ashley was professional and compassionate had such a amazing nature, when I took my precious 16yr old cat to him that peacefully passed away at home! Ashley gave us time to say our finally good byes! We felt so comfortable there and he made a sad day a better day! Thank u again Ashley
