What a shower, I pay my taxes so they can all have a good time drawing their salaries and going off on fancy holidays, I'd be ashamed to draw my money..you are ALL TAKING THE MICHAEL!! Fed up of supporting your middle class lifestyles, whilst you do not for the money and benefits your job allows, this is one part of the NHS I'd get rid of! What use are you!????

Failure in duty of care1.) rejected CMHT referral, despite being recommended by my GP2.) were extremely rude to me on the phone when I tried to politely plead my case3.) lost" the letter they sent to my GP4.) did not tell me how or where I should seek alternative care

Was referred to this team post-review by another psychiatrist; was blocked at first attempt. Was then given a pre-assessment form by GP to try referral again and was blocked a second time before the form had been submitted and reviewed. The form criteria suggested referral was required, but nothing happened. Failure in duty of care to the community.

There is a guy called ken who works here, told me you was alright before " over the phone. I have never met him so I don't know how he can judge mY mental health. People like this should not be in that job."
