i cracked my iphone 7 one time and they repaired the screen and it was as good as new. on another occasion, i cracked my laptop, they fixed it and it was as good as new. the team there are really nice and do everything really quickly (1-2 days usually)

paid A LOT of money for them to fix my screen which wouldnt turn on (audio and touchscreen still worked just no display).. £200 later it still doesnt work.. keep your wallets safe

It's been two and a half weeks since I took my phone in to fix a cracked screen at a cost of £70. When I picked up the phone the guy in the shop had broken the seal around the phone, which he admitted to. 20 minutes after arriving home the new screen cracked. I took it back and complained. Another guy admitted that the screen should not have been fitted as the glass screen was exposed. He confirmed it now needed another new screen and a new seal. I waited for a call to confirm they were in stock. No call. A week later I went back in. ANOTHER guy said I needed to bring it in a few days later, apparently no one to fix it. Went back today. Left my phone, told it would be ready between 4 and 5. Went back at 4.45 PM (shop closes at 5.30pm to find the shutters down!!! So £70 down and no phone. So what would you call that!!!!

Tried to fix my old phone , couldn't be done so no charge , called in a week later looking for a new one , we discussed what i wanted from a phone and he recommended one that didn't cost an arm and a leg , its turned out to be perfect ! Top customer service !

Scammers - they sold me something faulty and wouldn't help at all when I came back to the store to explain the problem. I lost a lot of money. Wish I'd have read these reviews before buying from them. AVOID.

Have given them 1 star only because I couldn't give them zero. After being told they could unlock my iPhone 6s I gave them £25 and waited, and waited. Returning to the shop several days later with no success I was told they needed my phone Id number once more and then I waited, and waited. Nope could I bring the phone in again and this time leave it with them, they would also look at the fault of the screen failing after several minutes. Several days pass and I'm told the phone is ready for collection, on arrival at the store I was handed the phone and told it would be unlocked but in a few days time but if it isn't I would be refunded my money and by the way we have fixed your screen problem but that will be free of charge for all your trouble. The phone isn't unlocked and the screen problem not fixed. I am returning yet again for a refund and an explanation for why I was misinformed as to why they didn't touch the screen fault. I will be back.3 years later I’d still be waiting. :)Probably

Really lovely honest member of staff. Fixed my broken phone within 2hours. Would 100% recommend to anyone with any phone problems
