Ordered a whirl away on Saturday and it was here first thing thing Tuesday. If I’d ordered it in this country it wouldn’t have arrived that quick. Terry is very helpful and always replies to my questions about products. I have purchased my Honda GP200 15LPM and it runs very well and always starts first time. Ignore the negative comments I can only speak on my experience and it’s been first class. I would not hesitate buying from them again. Thanks Terry.

Very quick and helpful service!Ordered a new turbo nozzle for pressure washer but was unsure of the required size. Spoke to a guy on the phone who asked for a pic of my machine/pump. He quickly identified the part I needed and it arrived 24 hours after our conversation! Great, thank you.

First time buying a petrol engine pressure washer. Due to my inexperience I had a few problems starting out when trying to work with it.I found Terry to be extremely patient and knowledgable in getting everything sorted out. Quality machine, Quality parts, Quality Technical Support.First Class Service!This is the best place in the UK to buy a washer from hands down. The machines seem to be very well built made to last using quality parts. Which is unusual these days. Dont go anywhere else!Cheers

purchased this for a backup machine that could connect to the mains water, very pleased with power and all in all a cracking little machine. dealing with this company was first class and i would definatly use again, ordered the machine Friday and was delivered Monday morning !! so to sum up this review … if your after a pressure washer these guys at Jetmac will sort you out and you will get a first class service!! very happy customer ..thank you very much Jetmac.
