I just want to say a big thankyou for creating a beautiful, colourful arrangement of flowers for my Nan's funeral last week. I chose Irish colours in honour of my nan, but could have never imagined how they would have turned out. I don't live local so everything was agreed over the phone. Alot of personal care and attention was put in and I fully appreciate that in this difficult time. My mum also had white flowers with read roses made from you too. I know my nan would have loved them, so thankyou again.x

I am delighted to post a very positive review for this florist, which has recently changed hands.The very pleasant lady who manages the shop was very attentive to the specific requirements for my husbands funeral flowers and produced some very lovely arrangements.Flowers were very fresh, and lasted very well. ( I brought one of the baskets home).The actual shop is now filled with some lovely things, including beautiful silks, and is a breath of fresh air compared to how it was previously run.I am not surprised to see a one star review, posted 3 years ago.....I had cause to complain myself to the previous owners!Mine is 5 stars and I have no hesitation in recommending the work from this florist. I am long retired but was in the trade myself so I do know what I’m talking about...

Brilliant little shop with amazing choices of flowers, I recently had to arrange two funerals and on both occasions Vicky done the flowers beautifully and one occasion at short notice. We had special request on the colours and types of flowers and both times Vicky was able to source them and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Mr Flower for having staff like Vicky who is friendly, helpful and made the whole experience easy.

Excellent small local florist, I ordered and paid for 2 lovely standard Bay Trees over the phone which were approx 5ft and an excellent price. There was a small mix up as another customer also purchased them at the same time whilst in store so only one was left however Jane quickly resolved the issue and 2 taller twisted stem standards were delivered as a goodwill gesture which I’d loved but my budget didn’t stretch too. All was resolved in a matter of days, such a nice generous surprise. I’ve also had a lovely Lemon tree a large Wisteria and several bouquets. All have been beautiful and the plants are all healthy specimens. Excellent knowledgeable and helpful staff.

UnreliableI ordered a 5ft coffin spray for my motherShe was very specific in her will which flowers she wanted.On day of funeral hurst arrived with NO flowersFuneral director called florist to find out where flowers were.I spoke to lady in florist, I was very distressed.She was quite rude to me stating there was no order for flowers.Funeral director spoke to them and they said they would get some flowers ready and meet us at crematorium.My mother’s last journey was awful instead of focusing on mum everyone was feeling angry about flowers not arriving.We arrived at crematorium and flowers hadn’t arrived so we had no alternative but to proceed with service.Mums coffin was bare it was heartbreaking.During service flowers arrived, they were not what we ordered and past there best.After our meal we went to florist with the flowers they had sent.They had found the order it had been put in the wrong pile.They were sorry and gave us a refund.The mistake they made caused devastation to the family. We were denied the time of reflection when mum arrived. We couldn’t take photos of her coffin with flowers on it.We wanted to keep the coffin spray at home for a few days after, we couldn’t even do that.The florist spoke about compensation we didn’t want money it’s not right. After several phone calls it was decided they would make a contribution to my mothers memorial bench,They sent us £20I’m speechless

I just wanted to say what an amazing job Jane did with our funeral flowers for my brother.Given the task of 3 lots with a fishing theme, Jane had a real challenge, but she did an amazing job.I cant thank her enough.

Brilliant florist. The staff are lovely and I would certainly recommend to everyone. They delivered a wonderful bouquet of flowers to my God-mother for her 90th birthday and she was so happy with them. I will definitely use their services again.

Went into the shop to order a bouquet needed for that morning. Lady in the shop was so helpful and friendly and presented us with such a fantastic bunch of beautiful fresh flowers. Would thoroughly recommend. Recipients of the flowers were over the moon.

Flowers sent to cheer friends up after a lovely holiday being cancelled. A phone call assured me that the flowers really did cheer them up and they were as beautiful and bright as I had especially requested. Thank you xx
