Fraikin

I have called them 2 times. They were not able to tell me if they have any available trailer to hire. Last time I have been on the line more than 10 minutes when finally someone picked up the phone in their head office. Their phone line is charging me because it is starting with 0845 and they do not want to provide me a normal phone number.What a surprise they promised me a phone call on the next day and guess what? They did not call me.They did not provide any servie to me but I already payd for them just to make a phone call. No people in the office who know what vehicle is availanble. They do not call back the potential customers even they promised. What can I say? Very usefull company.
